Action learning
Learning is like light in the dark. Knowledge gained always helps in removing the layers of darkness of ignorance from our mind and soul, and makes us better human beings. Action learning is a continuous process of learning by reflecting and listening to yourself and others in a peer group. The exercise of ALS is a great experience of learning from others and from yourself in a light manner by adopting the process of reflection. The visibly felt change is the biggest reward of action learning which is actually a result of participative group learning in an organization.
